Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Overview

We supply medical and diagnostic equipment on a quotation and order basis. Due to the specialised nature of these products, returns are subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Voluntary Returns (Change of Mind)

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unused and in its original condition
• All packaging, accessories, and documentation are included
• The item is not excluded (see Section 3)
• Proof of purchase is provided

Returns must be approved in advance.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons:

• Sterile or hygienic products once opened
• Special-order or imported items procured on request
• Custom-configured equipment
• Any product that has been used, installed, or altered

4. Return Process

To request a return:

1. Email us at karen@nostics.co.za with your order details
2. We will review and confirm eligibility
3. If approved, you will receive return instructions
4. Return the item within the specified timeframe
5. The item will be inspected upon receipt

5. Return Shipping & Fees

• Return shipping is for the customer's account unless the item is defective or incorrect
• We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee where applicable (this will be communicated upfront)

6. Refunds

• Refunds are processed after inspection and approval
• Approved refunds will be paid via EFT or original payment method, where applicable
• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval

7. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• We will arrange collection, replacement, or refund at no cost to you

8. Consumer Protection Act (South Africa)

Nothing in this policy overrides your rights under the Consumer Protection Act South Africa.

In terms of the CPA:

• Defective goods may be returned within 6 months of delivery
• You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund where applicable

As many products are supplied based on confirmed quotations:

• Orders may be fulfilled specifically for your request
